Just as you come over the biggest hill in Collinsville, Illinois on Route 159, you run smack dab into the world’s largest bottle of catsup. The 170 foot tall water tower was built in 1949 by the W.E. Caldwell Company for the G.S. Suppiger catsup bottling plant – bottlers of Brooks old original rich & tangy catsup. It was repainted and saved from demolition in 1995, and we’re glad it was, but, where’s the giant mustard?
